Come play in the woods soon! We've got tons of room and would love to see you fall in love with this gorgeous place too!
(And Auntie Marla......you get well soon! Our prayers for a speedy healing are with you!!)

Our sassy little rock star! (So much better than being a Vegas stripper!!!!)

Nothin' in the world daddy wouldn't do for his little girl.

Country girls are tough! Cassidy (aka Sassy-Sue) with her first shiner! She's so far had blisters from the stinging nettles; been stung by a bee; climbed to the top of her stroller and slammed down face forward for this shiner and today got another fat lip...........wow! Parenthood ain't for sissys!!!! (And she's still climbing on everything....)

Not all "surprises" are bad though. There are yummy things to eat everywhere; beautiful things planted everywhere; antique-funky treasures galore and a huge trampoline and swing set!!

We just can't buy a house that hasn't been pissed on.....ha! ha! We knew it was a fixer but there are "surprises" we didn't know about. Thank God Don is so handy! He learns how to fix or rebuild something new literally every day! He's amazing!

The road less traveled. We are so very happy to be on it!

Cassidy is a natural! She jumped right up on the tractor-mower. Look familiar Auntie Jenny?

We made it here on Aug. 21, 2006! What a feeling! It smells so great here and it's just gorgeous! This is my farmin'-mama hat from my amazing girlfriends in Vegas! I love you guys!!!!!

This is the image I dreamed about for 10 years in Las Vegas.....Vegas was good to me and I have no regrets, but my heart and soul have always lived in the woods. I will never forget how emotional this moment was for me. Every event and every person in my life led up to this intense moment. I was grateful and overwhelmed at the same time. I couldn't stop crying thinking of all the great and sad memories and how the Lord has blessed me through them all.
